This package includes the Certification Application Kit and well as a comprehensive review of your package before you submit it to the SBA. Your application kit will be mailed to you with all of the forms and samples you need to prepare your application. This is the perfect solution for the company that does not have the thousands of dollars needed to have us or an attorney prepare the application and does not have endless hours to research everything to accurately complete the application. This package will put everything you need in one convenient place. We provide you with tips on avoiding pitfalls, instructions for each form, layout instructions for putting your packet together, and help if you need a two-year waiver.
Once you have everything ready to go you send us your application package and we have two independent senior partners review and comment on it for you. We will have a financial expert review your company's financial statements and personal financial statements. We will prepare and send you our report identifying any problems and presenting suggestions on solutions. We will review your package as many times as needed until we are convinced it is ready to go. Annual 8(a) Compliance Package

CCR Registration
We will perform all the steps necessary for you to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This registration is a prerequisite to submitting your 8(a) certification package and to doing business with any governmental agency. Economic Disadvantage Narrative
This package starts with a two-hour phone interview with you. In this interview we will ask about your history and experiences. This will cover your personal life story, your family, your work history, and education. We will then write your narrative in accordance to the guidelines set by the SBA to meet their standards. We will send this completed narrative to you so you can paste it directly into your online application. This process will take less than a week.
Social Disadvantage Narrative
This package is necessary for those applicants that are not part of the SBA designated groups (Black American, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Subcontinent Asian Americans). This package will be in addition to the Economic Disadvantage Narrative for those applicants. This starts with a two hour phone interview with you. In this interview we will ask you questions about your history and experiences. This will cover your personal life story, your family, your work history, and education. You must have experienced prejudice inside the United States in circumstances that were outside our your control. We will then write your narrative in accordance to the guidelines set by the SBA to meet the standards they review them for. We will send this completed narrative to you so you can paste it directly into your online application. This process will take a week.
