You need to be able to answer yes to the questions below. If you have any questions about your answers call us for a free consultation on what the question means and what you may be able to do to rectify any potential deficiency.
• Are you currently in business? • Have you been in business for 2 or more years (at least 2 tax returns)?
• Last year were your sales under one million dollars?
• Does your company have less than 250 employees?
• Do you have current financial statements or are able to get them?

• Is it correct that your company is not a broker - that is you actually touch the product like construction, landscaping, information technology, manufacturing, security, office support services, consulting etc?
• Is your company adequately capitalized?
• Is the company owned 51% or greater by you or a group that:
- Each have a adjusted net worth of $1 million or less?
- Each have suffered economic disadvantage due to any one of the following:
- cultural prejudice
- handicap bias
- ethnic prejudice
- racial prejudice
- gender bias
- geographical bias.
3. Each are one of the following:
- BLack American
- Hispanic American
- Native American
- Asian Pacific American
- Subcontinent Asian American
If your answer to question three is no has each person that answered no been been subject to:
- cultural prejudice
- handicap bias
- ethnic prejudice
- racial prejudice
- gender bias
- geographical bias.
4. Each has never been previously certified?
5. Each does not have any back taxes or delinquent federal loans?
6. Each is a citizen of the united states?
• The company does not have any back taxes or delinquent federal loans?
• Is one of the applicants is the top management person at the company?
• Does that top person work full time for the company?
• The company is not owned partially or in whole by a 8(a) certified company?
