Description |
We can review the application and complete it for a fee as long as there are not any eligibility issues we cannot overcome for 8(a). An applicant can have us complete the application from its current state or troubleshoot for the items in which the application is deficient. |
We will evaluate the SBA’s questions with the prospective client to help make a determination as to whether the application should be withdrawn or if the questions should be answered and the application move forward. It is very common for the SBA to ask these questions. |
Even if the SBA has denied your 8(a) application it may still be able to be approved. We will review the denial letter to make a determination as to whether a successful reconsideration is possible. All of the reasons for the SBA denial must be overturned in order to be certified |
If the SBA denies an 8(a) application or request for reconsideration the certification denial can be challenged in OHA court (Office of Hearings and Appeals). We work with an outside law firm for these services and combined with our expertise have had great success at the OHA level. |
