CCR Registration
| The first step in gaining access to government contracts is establishing your Central Contracting Registration or CCR. The CCR Registration process was in acted in 1997 by President Bill Clinton as a means to streamline the governmental procurement procedure giving the Federal Government a “single face to industry.” According to FAR 4.11 all prospective vendors must be registered with the CCR prior to being awarded governmental contracts.
As part of our process we will setup your company with D&B, migrate the data into the CCR Registry, and complete the firms CCR Registration. We will perform all the steps necessary for you to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
This registration is a prerequisite to submitting your 8(a) certification package and to doing business with any governmental agency. This service is included in the 8(a) Certification Package as well as the HUBZone Certification Package and is not needed if you are ordering either of these packages.

8a CERTIFICATION: Your firm may be eligible for 8a Status if you are a member of GROUP 1 or GROUP 2 (see below). GROUP 1: Presumed Socially Disadvantaged Group
A. African Americans or Black Americans
B. Hispanic Americans: Origins from Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemalan, Honduras, Nicaraguan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela. People with other Central or South American heritage may also apply provided they can establish strong ties to the Hispanic community.
C. Native Americans: American Indians, Eskimos, Aleuts, or Native Hawaiians
D. Asian Pacific Americans: Heritage of Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, China including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Korea, The Philippines, U.S. Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, Republic of Palau, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Samoa, Macao, Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu, or Nauru
E. Subcontinent Asian Americans: Heritage of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhuta, origins from the Maldives Islands, Nepal
GROUP2: Non-presumed groups but may prove Social Disadvantaged Status and still gain 8a Certification.
