Treat this as a planning tool, not an official score — GSA's own reviewers have the final say on every project you submit. Most consultants suggest padding your total 3 to 5 points past the minimum before you file.

Step 1: Log your qualifying projects (up to five)

Check the box on any project you want counted, then fill in what applies. A couple of rules trip people up: the size/staffing bonus is based on each project's average annual value — divide the total contract value by its years of performance, don't use the lifetime total — and the past-performance credit is earned across your whole set of projects (3 positively-rated projects = 1 point, 4 = 2 points, 5 = 3 points), never as a per-project score.

Step 2: Corporate-level credits
