The $500 placeholder fee guarantees your spot in our group of clients that we will be supporting, as it is common that we have more clients wanting support than we can support due to the short timeframes involved. Additionally, it covers the time we use to verify that your company can qualify once the final solicitation comes out. Once we determine that you qualify, the full retainer is initiated. This holding fee is non-refundable but will be subtracted from the final price for the full service. This prevents clients from paying a high price for a service they either don’t qualify for or that they do qualify for but are unlikely to be a successful awardee.
