ez8a is committed to making ez8a.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Meeting that standard is an ongoing effort, and we do not claim that every page is fully conformant today.
What we have done
In October 2026 we reviewed our website with automated accessibility testing tools and fixed the problems they found. Examples include adding text alternatives to images and icons, labeling form fields, improving color contrast, and making menus and form messages work with assistive technology.
Known limitations
- Automated tools find only some accessibility problems. We have not yet completed a full manual review with screen readers.
- Some content comes from other companies (for example embedded videos, scheduling tools, maps and vehicle or document reports) and may not be fully accessible.
- Older PDF files and downloadable documents may not be fully accessible.
