8(a) SBA Business Plan is needed once a firm becomes 8(a) certified. The business plan is not a typical business plan for a business strategy session or for business financing. It is designed to ensure the 8(a) business is proceeding on a path towards government-free sustainability. It is critical that this business plan be submitted accurately, or early graduation from the 8(a) program could result.
